The wide-open floor plan invites you to relax and unwind after a work day or time well-spent with family and friends. Connect your Netflix, Hulu and other apps to the Smart TV and enjoy catching up on your favorite shows. The full bathroom is spacious and well-decorated featuring a shower/tub combination with shower grips. A desk and study area is perfect for catching up on some work. This charming and colorful studio cottage is situated behind the main home with its own private entrance to offer you plenty of privacy during your stay. Free parking is available on the street. The Crestview neighborhood is filled with young families and you'll often see people walking with their families or riding bicycles. A 12 minute walk through the neighborhood will get you to the local Austin favorite restaurant Little Deli & Pizzeria. The Crestview Metro Station is just 0.7 miles away and can take you around Austin. If you choose to bring a car or take an Uber/Lyft, we are 8 miles to downtown, about a 15-20 minute drive. We love that we can share our home with you but please treat the home, belongings, and property with care. We reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violating these house rules, misuse of the space as a short-term lodging accommodation, or conduct that disturbs the general peace and comfort of other guests, managers, property caretakers, and homeowners. 1. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times. 2. No Pets. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited and guests may be asked to leave without refund if the pet cannot be relocated. We are happy to provide pet sitter recommendations!. 3. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property at any given time. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, Guest will be charged $50 per additional guest for each day of the reservation and all guests may be evicted without refund and a $250.00USD service fee. 4. The property is privately owned; the homeowners and/or property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any loss or harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. There is a $25 fee plus cost of shipping to return items left behind if found. 6. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property. 7. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund and a $250.00USD service fee. 8. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If any furniture is moved, please move it back to its original position upon checkout. 9. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trash. Late checkouts may be subject to a $50/hr fee because we schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11am. 15. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. No refunds will be given for any inconveniences, delays or cancellations due to, but not limited to, aforementioned conditions. We encourage Guest to purchase a travel insurance policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please note this home has quiet hours from 10pm-7am as the neighbors have small children.
