As you arrive at MCMVilla, you’ll be taken aback by the incredible views of Lake Travis. This recently renovated home has everything you'll need for a memorable time at the lake with family and friends. Hit the lake and enjoy our proximity to five nearby marinas and areas for swimming, fishing, and boat rentals. Upon booking you'll receive a welcome guide with more information on things to do and to help you plan your trip. Lakeway is a family-friendly and upbeat lake community where you'll find everything from casual to fine dining, bars, parks and family-friendly activities. It's perfectly situated by Lake Travis, the scenic Texas Hill Country where you can explore natural swimming holes and wineries, and just a 30-minute drive to Downtown Austin for a night on the town! You'll find plenty to do over the course of a week. Please note the home is not directly on the water but so close to everything! After a day on the lake, enjoy coming home to a clean, spacious, and well-decorated space perfect for entertaining large groups. There is a game room with a pool table on the lower level and a hot tub for winding down and enjoying evenings under the stars. You will find rest and relaxation here and plenty of ways to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker (complimentary coffee provided), pots, pans, bakeware, cutting boards, microwave, knives, basic spices and just about everything you'll need for cooking and entertaining! The casual breakfast nook overlooks stunning Lake Travis views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and evenings on the deck grilling on the propane grill (propane provided) as you watch the sun set over the lake. Each bedroom has it's own in-room TV and curtains to help you sleep in (vacation mode!). There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the main level, you'll find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a spa tub and beautiful lake views. On the main floor is also a half bathroom. The lower level leads to the rest of the bedrooms: Bedroom 2: Full bed with closet and desk, (green room) Bedroom 3: Two full beds plus single bed (yellow room) The Green room and Yellow Room share a spacious bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination. Bedroom 4: King bed (pink room) Playroom: Pool table and Futon The Pink room and playroom share a Full bathroom with tub/shower combination We know you'll have lots of fun and make tons of memories at MCM Villa on beautiful Lake Travis!

House rules

We love that we can share our home with you but please treat the home, belongings, and property with care. We reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violating these house rules, misuse of the space as a short-term lodging accommodation, or conduct that disturbs the general peace and comfort of other guests, managers, property caretakers, and homeowners. 1. Guest understands that a hot tub is available on the property for their private use. Guest will keep the hot tub closed when not in use and will supervise any children when using the hot tub. No glass of any kind is permitted in or near the hot tub. Guests may be responsible for the cost to drain and clean the hot tub resulting from any misuse of the hot tub. Elderly persons, pregnant ladies, infants and anyone subject to heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, strokes, epilepsy or similar afflictions should not participate in vigorous activity nor enter a spa/hot tub alone and without consulting their physician. By using the hot tub, Guest agrees to assume all liability from said use and hereby indemnifies homeowners, managers and their representatives. Please carefully read hot tub waiver and guidelines. 2. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times. 3. Well-behaved and well-trained pets may be permitted with prior approval from the host. An additional fee of $150 for the first pet for the duration of the stay and $50 for the second pet applies (2 pets max). Pets must be treated with flea & tick preventative and up to date on shots. 4. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. A maximum of 13 people may be on the property at any given time. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, the security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited and guests may be asked to leave without refund and a $250 service fee. 5. The property is privately owned; the owners nor property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 6. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property. 7. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund. 8. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and leave it as close to how you found it. 9. No Smoking. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited for smoking indoors and additional remediation expenses may be imposed. 10. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 11. Practice safety at all times. 12. Parking: Please park in the driveway or on the street in front of the hose. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 13. Housekeeping: Please keep the home tidy and follow checkout procedures. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Do not leave wet towels on the furniture. 14. Checkout is at 11AM. Late checkouts may be subject to a $100/hr fee as we often have new guests arriving and schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11AM. 15. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, nor homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. No refunds will be given for any inconveniences, delays or cancellations due to, but not limited to, aforementioned conditions. We encourage Guest to purchase a travel insurance policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason.
